A restorative lakeside escape in East Sussex, created for women who want to step away from the everyday, reconnect with nature and spend time by the water.

Set near Lewes, this peaceful three-night retreat blends gentle movement, paddleboarding, nature and meaningful connection in a calm lakeside setting. Days will unfold between time on the water, mindful moments by the lake and plenty of space to fully switch off.
You can explore the surrounding farmland, enjoy the lake views, rest in your own time or join in with the activities as much as you wish.
Whether you’re gliding across the lake, stretching into slow movement or gathering around the fire as evening falls, this retreat is designed to leave you feeling grounded, refreshed and deeply restored.

A special highlight of this retreat is the optional SUP Yoga lesson — yoga on the paddleboards for those who would like to try something a little different.
