Campervan Retreats was created to bring women together for meaningful, restorative escapes rooted in nature, connection and self-discovery. These are not just a few nights away — they are beautiful, intentional spaces to feel safe, relaxed and reconnect with who you are beneath the noise of everyday life. Through a blend of gentle movement, creativity, shared new experiences and quiet moments, each unique retreat is designed to help you feel more connected, lighter and Inspired to live with intention.
Originally designed for women with Campervans we now welcome Campervan, Motorhomes and Campers.
What We Stand For
Our retreats are designed to bring women together in a relaxed, welcoming and down-to-earth way. There is no pressure to be anyone other than yourself. Through shared meals, circles, movement, laughter and conversation, we create a space where women feel included, seen and part of something very special.
Campervan Retreats is about gentle adventure, not pressure or performance. It is for women who want to explore new places, try new experiences and feel confident doing something for themselves. Whether someone arrives alone, tries paddleboarding for the first time or simply parks up somewhere beautiful, we create spaces where women feel supported to say yes to themselves.
Campervan Retreats gives women space to slow down, breathe, reconnect with nature and come back to themselves. Being outdoors, sleeping in your own van, waking up somewhere peaceful, moving gently, sitting by water, watching the sky or simply having time with no demands can be deeply nourishing.
What to Expect
Your van is more than transport — it’s your own private sanctuary. A familiar, safe space where you can retreat, rest and recharge on your own terms. At the same time, you’re part of something bigger — a welcoming, supportive community of kind women who arrive as strangers and leave as something much more. Each retreat blends: – Nature and private beautiful locations – Gentle, accessible activities – Space to do as much or as little as you need – A sense of belonging that lasts long after the retreat end.

Meet the Team
Sara
Founder & Retreat Host
Hi, I’m Sara — mum of three, lover of the countryside, and founder of Campervan Retreats. I created these retreats because, like so many women, I was craving connection, calm, and a space to simply be.
My approach is gentle, real and nurturing. There’s no pressure, no perfection — just women supporting women, sharing stories and remembering who they are.
In January 2024, everything shifted again when I was diagnosed with stage three breast cancer at the age of 49. Treatment was tough, and for a moment I almost closed the business. But a local Kent based charity — Stronger Together Through Cancer — helped me keep going, and in many ways helped Campervan Retreats survive too. I am proud to share that I now donate a % of my monthly business income back to Stronger Together as one of their Angels
Since my diagnosis I am even more determined and empowered to bring women together, share special moments and live in the moment without regret.

Hi, I’m Julia. I joined Campervan Retreats after experiencing first-hand just how powerful these weekends can be. What started as stepping slightly outside my comfort zone quickly became something much more — a sense of belonging, connection, and space I didn’t realise I needed.
With a background in sales, business development and working closely with people, I now support Campervan Retreats behind the scenes — helping shape the experience, grow the community, and make sure every woman who joins us feels welcomed and at ease.
You’ll often find me supporting during retreats, helping things run smoothly, and making sure everyone feels included — whether you’ve come on your own or with a friend. If you hear a Canadian accent… that’ll be me.

Campervan Retreats is proud to be part of the Stronger Together Through Cancer Angel Network, helping to protect and support small business owners affected by cancer.
This partnership is especially meaningful to our founder, Sara. Following her own breast cancer diagnosis in 2023, Sara experienced first-hand how cancer can affect not only your health and family life, but also your income and your ability to keep a small business running.
Stronger Together Through Cancer supported Sara through some of her darkest days. Without that personal and professional support, she genuinely believes Campervan Retreats may not have survived.
To help ensure other small business owners can access the same vital support, Campervan Retreats donates £3 for every woman attending one of our retreats.
This means every retreat booking helps another business owner affected by cancer feel supported, less alone and better able to protect the business she has worked so hard to build.
It’s a beautiful extension of everything Campervan Retreats stands for: women supporting women, meaningful connection and the knowledge that we are stronger together.
