​Can I come on my own?

Yes, absolutely. That’s the whole idea. The moment you arrive, you’re no longer alone… you’ve found your tribe.

Not specifically, Campervans, Motorhomes and Tents are welcome.

Yes. Every location has at least one toilet and shower available.

We aim to be outdoors as much as possible, but every venue has an indoor option if the weather changes.

Usually from 3pm onwards, please check the details for your specific retreat.

Most retreats are self‑catering. You’ll bring your own food, and we’ll have a communal fire pit for shared meals if you wish. Check your retreat page for exact details.

Yes. You take everything at your own pace. Beginners are very welcome, and our retreats are a gentle, supportive place to explore yoga for the first time.

No. You’ll be guided gently and can ease into it in your own way.

Only our Pembrokeshire retreat offers EHU, with 10 hook‑ups available.

Not at all. You can join everything, pick and choose, or take quiet time for yourself.

This depends on the season, but generally: warm layers, waterproofs, socks, sunscreen, walking boots or trainers, a cosy blanket for evenings, a yoga mat, cooking equipment, your usual camping gear and all food and drink.

Comfortable layers you can move in — leggings, joggers, jumpers, warm outerwear, waterproofs and walking boots. Hats are great for cooler evenings. And if you love bright colours, go for it.

We offer flexible payment options including a low deposit, monthly instalments or a discounted pay‑in‑full option. Full details are available at checkout.

Yes and you’ll both save money by sharing. It’s a lovely way to make memories together.

Yes, you’re welcome to enjoy a glass of wine if you wish.

  • More than 60 days before the retreat: deposit is non‑refundable.

  • Less than 60 days: 50% of the total cost is non‑refundable.

  • Less than 30 days: 100% of the total cost is non‑refundable. You may transfer your place to someone else at no charge, but it is your responsibility to find a replacement.

Most retreats can welcome 3–4 dogs, but some venues do not allow them. Please check each retreat for details. There is no charge to bring your dog, but they must be under control and not impact other guests.

We run outdoor retreats in the UK — so rain is always possible. Bring suitable clothing. Activities will continue unless conditions are unsafe. If something must be cancelled due to severe weather, we’ll do our best to offer an alternative.
